I didn’t know what was going on precisely, but somehow that made it feel even better. I just kept stepping forward, meeting weird people, listening to strange music, and feeling… something. I laughed when the characters said weird things. I got silent when the music slowed down. I didn’t always want to resist, so I didn’t. Sometimes I just stood there trying to figure out what someone needed. Every little point felt like it counted, even when nothing big was happening.
